Are these good motors

Looking for a good motor for pontoon. Found 2 (a 97 and a 99 model) both el. start, long shaft, remoult start both have been checked out by dealer as O.K. Are these good motors. About $200 differance in price. Which would be the best buy. Thanks for all input
