Are BPZ8HS-10 and BP8HN-10 Spark Plugs Interchangeable?

I have a 20HP OG113 engine and thought I was getting the BP8HN-10 plugs but it looks like I was sent BPZ8HS-10 plugs instead. Does anyone know if these spark plugs are interchangeable or am I sending them back? I know the BP8HN uses the larger socket than the other but thats all I see.
