Like Tommays, I used to live east of Manorville but now I am about 30 miles west of there. It is still pretty rural with many horse and food farms. Pocket communities of upscale new homes sprouted up in the last 15-20 years. It's located in the heart of the scrub pine barrens with lots of open space still. Here's a link with the demographics:
