I need some idea,s on how I can clean up and get a shine back on my aluminum window frames and my bow rail... with out a lot of sweat and elbow grease.hehehe like thats possible anybody got any ideas......

There is a great aluminum and fiberglass polish in the U.S. called ROLITE. No wax no silicone no teflon. Comes in a cream or paste and can be mechanically buffed.
