Alpha 1 swap to Bravo 3??

Is it possible to swap from a Alpha 1 to a Bravo 3? Is it alot of work or pretty straight forward? I have a 2007 Bennington tri tune with 5/0 MPI with Alpha 1, just looking to the future of possibly swapping to a bravo 3 to get better turning and handling especially at low speeds.

Everything but the engine. Transom shield, inside and outer, drive, raw water pump on the engine, different ECM (using a Bravo with an Alpha ECM causes running problems)
Basically, nothing 10 to 15K in parts wouldn't cure.
