I have a 2005 Four Winns 268, After taking out on the water it started to overheat. Then we took it back to the slip, this has a closed loop cooling system. I first took the hose off the discharge side of the raw water pump, A little water came out and steam, then I took the suction side hose off and water flowed freely into the boat. After connecting the hoses, I fired it up and it started cooling. I ran it for about 2 hours and no overheating. We stopped and dropped anchor for the night, and the next morning we went to leave, and it started to overheat again. Pulled the hoses off again and fired it up and it started to cool. It has a new raw water pump, new exhaust manifolds, the hoses look clean, the heat exchanger is clean. NOT SURE WHAT TO CHECK NEXT Any suggestions greatly appreciated
