Can anyone give me a part number for the attached picture of the trim relay?
The serial number is 0D174594. Every parts manual I look at list two separate relays (one for up and one for down)
The issue is the motor will trim up but not down.

Gee, the part list at Crowleymarine shows that your motor has solenoids. Your picture is not that of a solenoid.
It alos appears that your PTT only has 1 solenoid used for up. You should use a jumper to supply power to the Blue wire on the motor and see if she runs.
If ya can't find it, you could always roll....errrr, wire your own...That thing is just these in what looks like a sorta sealed package so it could be sold for waaaay too much money. Just standard automotive 50 Amp relays also here as well as your local automotive parts store. The two relays are wired as below, S1 and S2 represent your SPDT trim switch of course.
The picture in the parts list looks like a solenoid, not the item you showed. Is it possible your motor has some sort of updated 2 wire PTT motor, and the item you showed is some sort of dual relay? Doesn't look original.
If his motor is a two wire, it runs relays.....Recall our typical solenoids are just a SPST contactor. His setup does look a bit home brewed though, agreed.
Example above of using solenoids, he's need 4 solenoids in that assembly to run his two wire motor, doesn't appear that there could be 4 solenoids in that assembly he is showing
Pretty sure it is an OEM Part (b- Power Trim Relay) in the Service Manual. It also has factory mount holes cast into the cowl
Looks like a PO had it apart to possibly clean contacts and then used some sort of adhesive to put it back together.

Think I'd be opening it up and re-gluing as well at $170 for noting more than automotive 50 amp relays in a plastic box that are just pre-wired and side by side!!
For crap sake, that's insane.
dpatzari , wired two $5.00 relays (or 30 for that matter) as shown above, is same difference.
