hi guys i have a 1995 3cyl johnson that needs to be rebuilt .1cyl is in perfect condition not a mark on cyl or piston the other two are shot but i have been told all three must be bored out is this true .Also i was wondering if it is possible to make this motor into a 70HP model thx.

bore them all, would take a lot of mods to get a 70 out of it.

70hp is most likely more trouble than it is worth !!!
If you are boring then do all 3 while you are in there.
