5.7L Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI Horizon Part Identification - What is this?

I have a 2006 Four Winns Horizon 210 with a 5.7L Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI. Serial # 0W619678
I have slowly been replacing corroded parts and learning about my first boat. There is one part I can’t place in the service manual or supplements. It sits on the L backet below the alternator on the left. Pictures with marking below. It has sort of a handle on top of it and it’s rectangular in shape. Can someone point this part to me ? Part number and name would be awesome!

I need to replace it as it’s literally hanging on one single screw against the L bracket.

892687A02 is the cartridge assembly.
864650A05 is module kit.

35-8M0093688 is the actual filter that goes inside the cartridge.

What parts are you actually looking for or needing to replace?
