I recently converted 96 Maxum 5.7L to 4 bbl Edelbrock 600 cfm and dual plane manifold. I temporarily rigged my fuel line from 2 bbl by adding a rubber extension(I know thats bad). I ordered the 4 bbl fuel line but it does not fit. Read some posts about ordering Webber carb line but I can seem to find a part number.

The part that won't fit is 32-821761. Any help appreciated.

Mark

Nothing wrong with rubber if it done right. It has to be fuel line and make sure your connections are good. I got barbed fittings from home depot for the carb and fuel pump and ran rubber line to each. I also added one of those clear glass fuel filters you can get a Pep Boys up near the carb (it will catch what your water seperator/filter wont) and a homemade bracket to hold line in place away from exhaust manifold. Using rubber fuel line and getting it away from the motor (most metal lines run right next to the motor) will make your fuel cooler before it enters the motor. More power. I also don't think you will be able to find a pre made fuel line you will have to use rubber or make a metal line yourself.

I agree. If you sre going to use a new metal fuel line you will hae to make the bends yourself. I replaced my Quadrajet with a Eldlebrock and made a new fuel line. I purchased the bending tool at a local auto store. It is the size of a large set of pliers with bending molds on the tips.
Roman

If you use "rubber" fuel line - buy it at a ships store.
I has a long burn through time, and its legal.

And will be marked Coast Guard Approved.
Double clamp all fittings with marine grade hose clamps.

If you use steel - you will need a special - double flaring tool.
A standard copper tool will not flare steel.
