I’m spoiled in that with an overhead hoist, I can pull a 3.0L in about 15 minutes. Front bolts, rear bolts. Shift and throttle cables. Plus fuel, water intake and the wiring. That’ll get it ready to yank… outdrive is first always. You can’t pull the engine forward enough to free it from the driveshaft, even if it seems possible, it really only is with a sawsall if your scrapping the boat
