doing this again dont think 1st one posted changed engine oil cranked it up 1st to get oil warm after changine oil started it up water did not come out of p hole alarme went off shut it down waited a few minutes started again took about 30 secs for water to come out full force did i do any harm to engine

No It takes time for the block to fill with water before it will Pee. There should be water mist coming out the rear of the midsection when first starting then water after 20 to 30 seconds comes out the pee hole. As long as the alarm doesn,t come on now when starting it should be fine.
