200 black max---can u tell what size shaft--20 or 25

Going to look at this engine in the morning --guy knows nothing about it he just repoed it about 2 months ago and its the towing companys now--can u tell what size shaft by picture

25 inch and its a aftermarket add on (likely Bay mfg)
