2 cylinder firing order?

Hello, I have been doing some troubleshooting on my ignition system. I disconnected the wiring harnesses between the diver coil and the two ignition coils. Now I can-t remember which wire connects to which coil. The wires are numbered 1 and 2 which i assume means cylinder 1 and two respectively. It seems logical to me that the upper cylinder would be #1 and the lower #2. Is this correct? I was hoping someone could confirm this before I hook the wires back up.

Thanks for the help,
H&H

That would be correct. 1 is top, 2 is bottom....
