I pulled my y pipe and the bottom portion of the two bottom bolt loops are gone. Is there a way to repair just those loops the bolts go through. The rest of the y pipe is in great shape.

How did they break? Corrosion? How did the bolts look?

The bolts look good..no corrosion..none of the rest of the pipe are either and the flappers look new so. I haven't seen the peices in the bilge so must have been like that when I bought it

If there is enough left may still be good

If salt boat, you may have difficulties getting it re-TIGED. You may also have corrosion on gimbal housing. Examine very closely. Y pipe may have been incorrectly torqued or just age took its toll. I am surprised boat didn't sink.

I was alittle surprised there was never really any water in the bilge. I've had it welded and will check for any other issues before I bolt it back up

I assume it still has flat surface after welding???
