Hello, I'm trying to replace the oil system back onto a motor that was brought to me. I was able to get the oil injection lines back into place, but I can find the routing for the Oil lines to the crank bearings in the case. Manual doesn't mention them. Can someone send me pics or let me know how to route them. Trying to return the motor back to original. Thank you.

Big mistake.----Take that oil tank and mixing unit and toss it in the landfill as far as you can ?----Those little lines are the oil recirculation lines and have nothing to do with automatic oil injection.---Note----I own more than 1 of these 3 cylinder motors.

Whether I keep the oil injection system or not. I'm looking for the oil recirc line routing. I can't find any good pics or diagrams in the manual.

Those 3 cylinder 25 / 35 HP models use some wee oil recirculation lines on the port side of the block!!----And it is not covered in the manuals .----Hard to figure out by looking at the bare fittings.----And some are blocked from view by the powerpack.-----Have seen those wee lines pinched by the powerpack.---Have seen them melted from heat as well.

Still haven't gotten any further on my search. I have 3 90 degree fittings that look like they go into the intake manifold and I have 3 straight fittings that I think go to the crank bearings.

Using a vacuum gauge, I can see vacuum and pressure at the 90 degree fittings and only vacuum at the straight fittings.

Ultimately I need to now how to attach tubes to these fittings to make things work right.

the model is a BJ25PL3EEM

If you could walk over ( doubt it ) you could see how they go.-----Or hurry to a boat shop and have them show you.

Famous Lebaneese authour ...on giving

Some possess little but willing to give completely
Some give with joy and their reward is in giving
Some give with pain and that is their baptism
Some give with neither pain or joy and that is their virtue
Giving without being sollicited is the greatest of gifts
