1999 115hp FICHT Engine Warrenty

In conjunction with Bombardier taking over OMC, they have said that they will not warrenty any FICHT engines older that 2000. Our dealer did not notify us about the major upgrades that OMC had on these engines as they were supposed to. Enhancement #3 required new heads for each engine ($1,000) per pop. We have heard that a group of consumers have intitiated a class action suit to make these major problems right on the 1999 engines. We would like to know if this is true and who to contact to pursue this matter. This is not right! Can anyone help? Thank you
