1998 Ford Explorer computer module location?

Ok, decided I want to be able to use the keyless entry on this vehicle.
Owners manual says the 5 digit door code is located on the "computer module."

But nowhere in the owners manual does it say where the module is located.
Can't find it under the hood.
Don't see any obvious access panels in the interior.

Where is the computer module located?

Check here, there is going to be someone there to tell you how to access the code. Maybe do a search on the site. Iread it there a couple years ago when I had my daughters Explorer for a while and she was in Alaska and Spain.

Found it.
Computer module is located in the jack compartment.
The code is impossible to read unless you have a tiny little dental style mirror.

And the code actually works and unlocks the doors.

This will come in handy come winter time, when I want to leave the engine running with the doors locked.
