1997 Mercury 75 Outboard Leaking Fuel. Help.

Hello iboats. I have a 1997 Mercury 75 that's leaking fuel. I noticed it today when trying to turn it on. I tried looking for the part number but I had no luck. Can anyone please guide to where I can buy the part. I also noticed it had zip ties to hold it down. Please help. Thx

Ur right laddies.. Yup #26. Is it normal to use zip ties. Or should I use home clamps?

They are not a regular zip tie the end has a curved place on it to keep it from leaking available at a Mercury dealer. That all we use.
