I have a 1996 GO130TLEN with serial # 04073098
It is mounted on a houseboat ( there are two ) --
last year the engine started to cut out when rpm's went over 3000 -- the cutting got worse and worse. it would not cut out if rpm's were kept under 3k. This year we replaced the power pack -- no help -- this last week, we put new props on the engines -- The new props had a higher pitch -- the problem engine will now not run above 1500 rpm's - The cutting out is very sharp -- it does not stall, just cuts out -- what do I try? I have a complete shop manual
