I996 115 Johnson outboard loses power after about 2 minutes of wot. I let it idle for about 30 seconds and it repeats the same problem.I have a new gas tank , fuel lines, in line filter, fuel pump, rebuilt carbs, new plugs, coils and wires. Fuel vent is not plugged. After 30 seconds of idling it will run WOT for another couple of minutes and just keep repeating. It also uses an excessive amount of gas. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
