1995 merc 3.0 lx exhaust discontinued?

I have a 1995 mercruiser 3.0 lx that was getting water in oil. After filling water jackets on the manifold and seeing water level drop but RISE in the exhaust channel, I realized I need a new one. Unfortunately it appears this part is discontinued and Sierra doesn't even make it. Am I going to be forced to find a used one? And if so does anyone have any recommendations?

Most places the Barr is out of stock. Found it on Amazon of all places. (I hate Amazon) Other members will point out lots of places you can find the high end Barr available.

Probably woukd google the sierra barr and merc part numbers see if any come up. A good fresh water take off should be fine
