1992 60 evinrude has no spark

Hello all. Been getting the boat ready for the fishing season and am having a bear of a time getting the boat started. It has fired a few times here and there but today I decided to check the spark with an inline spark tester and no spark on all three cylinders? Any thoughts on what to troubleshoot next? Like I said it has been hard to start for a couple of weeks but I have gotten it to fire a few times but not today.

I would start by testing the kill circuit.

And how would I do that. I have read disconnect at power pack but I do not know where it is

It is the black wire with yellow tracer.

Can I just disconnect kill switch at console, basically unplug the two wires that are under my throttle lever
