I have a 1990 mercruiser 3.0 in my rinker 180...it acts like it's only getting half throttle...will eventually get on plane when by myself, but when i tow even my 90 lb daughter on a wake board, it doesn't have enough power to get up on a plane. carb has been rebuilt. fuel water seperater installed, electronic ignition installed. octane booster, clean fuel...it starts and idles just fine. no hesitation upon acceleration...just never seems to get full power...checked for cable adjustment on carb. it's giving full throttle. any ideas? thank you
