Hi all I have a 15 hp mercury that stalls about 50% of the time you put it into reverse forward gear is no problem I should say I changed the lower unit seals the shift rod is set 16.5 inches from the top of the water pump and I have tried adjusting the cables on the tiller I think this is just a matter of setup can anyone send me in the right direction thx
