Hello everyone just bought a boat with a 1988 suzuki dt140 with low compression in one cylinder. my ? is is this a jo a fairly handy person can tackle and are they motor worth putting money in.

ok does anyone know the difference between 88 and 97 it seems like my gear case will bolt on a 97 motor but I think 97 is efi. If I change motor over to efi what changes will I have to make to boat. fuel lines shift cables anyone know please respond thanks
