I bought this boat new and absolutely love it as a bass fishing platfom. However, I have always had to use a fin on a 100 HP Evinrude to keep the boat from porpoising. I still have to keep it trimmed down way below level on the gauge. I have used a SST 21" and 23" pitch. If I trim it up for neutral steering and RPM above 5,000, it bounces too much. I have moved weight around which helped very little. From what I have read here I don't have enough prop to hold up the nose. I'm ready for a new prop. Anyone else have this boat and any recommendations?

Add Smart Tabs and a whole new world will open up for you. Had the same problems as you described, after I added Smart Tabs I could plane at a lower RPM and no Porpoising at any speed.
