I recently acquired an 1987 Evinrude 25 HP, and the fuel line connector on the engine (the connection from the primer bulb to the engine) is very tight of a squeeze since the tiller handle is arm is in the way. I am wondering if someone put the connector back in the wrong direction.
As it is now the connector for the fuel line from tank to engine is vertical. Meaning that the two pins are vertical in orientation. Should they be this way or should it be horizontal? Since it is veritical the line from the tank to the engine is hard to get in...
