1985 Chrysler/1988 Force 85hp differences

does anyone know if there are any major differences between these two motors besides the cowling. are the major parts interchangeble. would a cheap 85 Chrylser make a suitable donor motor for a 88 Force??

Main change will be pretty much the color. While ignition may be different, it will primarily be the wiring method; early Chrysler will have quick-connects and Force will have a terminal board on the coil and CD box mounting plate.
