1985 120 hp johnson ob

after starting engine cannot control rpm's<br />jumps to 4000-5000 rpm's any ideas?<br /><br />thanks

this engine was serviced by the a johnson<br />dealer at the end of the season 2000 replaced 1 power pack and cleaned the carburators it ran fine, witerized engine<br />and stored for the season opened it up this year engine started fine dropped it in the water went to power up, no power engine started to rev up by itself.
