1978 Sea King aluminum made by Starcraft?

I have a 1978 14ft. Sea King aluminum boat, I read somewhere in this forum it may have been made by Starcraft. Anyone know for sure?? Also, I need a part for it. On the very point of the bow, there is a triangular-shaped molded aluminum piece with an eye/loop for securing the trailer winch strap to the boat. The eye is broken off. Anyone know where parts like this might be found. Thanks much.

I just picked up a 70's?? Sea King a few weeks ago that Im redoing, from what I've heard Starcraft made these for wards, just a bit of a stripped down version... as far as the runabouts.
