Certainly, although Chrysler never made a jet drive outboard engine, it is not an uncommon drive and is currently made by a number of manufacturers.
So, since it is not really unique, probably not worth too much--The Chrysler is old, and the jet drive is aftermarket, not stock. You would need to find someone who needed a shallow water drive and was willing to buy an old engine.
If you are looking to sell it, E bay will probably bring the best price. They tend to overbid there.
Were it a rare, stock Chrysler jet drive unit, then you would be talking desirability. It is like an AMC pacer: You can't find many around anymore, but no one wants them anyway--Now a Javelin or an AMX-----
Even so: I would be curious to see it up close. Where are you located?
