1971 Las Vegas, spraying oil?

I bought a 1971 Las Vegas, stardust we ran her on the water, and she is spraying oil behind the engine. It?s a 350, with an OMC out drive. What could it be? Also the temp gage is not working where should I start with thatconfused:

the oil pressure sender is back there behind the intake - just behind the distributor port side- hopefully that's all it is

Wow it was really louse. Got her nice and tight, going to test her out when the kids wake up
