1960 texas maid 75 hp wiring

The wiring was not attached in the box or switches. Any pics would be appreciated. note it has no rectifier. Vinegar smell. Is the float cork? or can i use a cleaner to rectify? This is my first time with a boat motor. I already found the gasket for the silt bowl which seemed to be an oring someone else replaced with. changed the fuel lines, vacuum line and plugs. One was loose,Cleaned the interior gas tank using my rotational casting apparatus. New fuel lines. new deck window screen. I have some other things to do.. but am kinda stuck on wiring up correctly.. You primarily have motor questions, so it should be moved to the Johnson/Evinrude section. You have a better chance for answers there.

But first - Are you talking motor wiring or boat wiring?

Is the motor also a 1960? Makes a difference. I don't have the 1960 75hp diagram, but as far as the junction box goes, it would be the same as this 40hp. However the stuff on the motor itself would be different. Also, ignore the choke wires because 1960 had an automatic choke.
