1959 johnson

59 johnson 10 horse 2 stroke. ran great last year. seems to have no spark now. pull start is wearing me out.any ideas?

Pull the flywheel and look for cracked coils, that would be a starting point.

Clean up the points and check/regap.

If you literally have no spark, then the above suggestions are right on the money.
If you do have spark but mean rather that it won't start, ask yourself if you left any gas in the carb since you used it last. If so, a good carb cleaning and/or overhaul might be in order.
