Part of the restoration is the engine.I am looking for parts to re-build the engine. Possibly a head for sure.

Had a " flathead " 6 in my 1940 Plymouth.----Rebuilt it years ago.-----That engine was used for many industrial applications including farm machinery.----Built as late as early 1960's I believe.----E-BAY might be a source for parts.----And use ---google----To search for suppliers for parts.------Lots of info and contacts for a ----chrysler flathead 6 parts---When you search.-----Used in lots of applications.

Egge has many engine parts for obsolete engines

beyond that, you are into a specialty restoration as many of the parts have not existed for years.

The old L-head Chrysler motor was a great engine for its time, however as indicated above, last produced 59 years ago (1963).

In my opinion it should not be hard to find good used parts.----Farm machinery wreckers are a source for parts.

If it's a 23" block, you can find heads really easy. There are tons of Military NOS parts floating around for them. I forgot the company that has the parts but Google will find it. They were built into the early 70s as industrial engines. Last used in a production vehicle in the early 60s. If it's a 25" Chrysler block, then you are going to be searching
