Just bought a 15 hp two stroke mercury 2004. the engine does have problem running idle when in stationair the engine stops and doesn't start when adjusting the throttle (after removing the cover) she starts inmidiatly. the adjusting screw is already fully out.
How do I open the fuel filter (afraid to turn the lower part or is this how to open) ...no manual received with the engine is this one somewere available?
The water cooling is running with an medium flow and reasonable temperature, what is the acceptable temperature?
