Hi,<br /> I have a 2000 Johnson Ocean Pro 115 HP, with what may be a starter problem. The engine tryed to turn over once, but there after when I tryed starting the engine I could only here what sounded<br />like the starter motor spinning but not engaging into the flywheel. I did notice the voltage was around 12 volts on the instrument panel, where it usually reads 14 or so. Could a low battery cause this condition or does this sound like a starter problem?
