    Winterizing Twin Cobra's

Twin OMC 5.0 w/ Cobra in a 1993 285 Four Winns. I have drained the blocks and as always remove the thermostat housing, I normally pour A/F down and watch for it to show at the lower fittings. I've always noticed the A/F shows nearly immediately and at full strength on both sides. Would I be...

1993 285 Four Winns. I am going to remove the Morse helm unit but before I do I am trying to find an internal blue print, diagram or picture to show the internal layout. I more interested in how the gear that comes in contact with the cable is attached to the steering shaft. It's Morse Commander...

Thanks for that. The Transom and the side panels are non removable and are part of the boat structure and gel coated on the outboard side to form storage areas. The space around the engine is fairly accessible and was more hoping to find someone that has done the job of removal to get some...

Hi all. I am new to this boat and need some pointers on removing the power head. I haven't found much to read on this and understand there are three bolts through the adapter which when removed the power head is lifted off the jet drive together with the adapter. Would like to hear from anyone...
