There is an error in this diagram that has been circulating the web. It shows a black wire attached to the ground terminal at the bottom of the terminal/fuse strip, with no apparent connection at the other end. That wire grounds the voltage regulator in event there is an accessory generator...
Couldn't stand it any longer, not knowing why my aftermarket primer bulbs won't pump up firm. So I took one apart. Guess what? BOTH check valves had come apart and were just rattleing around loose inside the bulb. The just snap together---very loosely. Guess it's time for a new bulb or two.

The question has come up, are glass sediment bowl type fuel filters legal on a boat? By "legal" I mean approved by such organizations as NMMA, ABYC, and Coast Guard.
