I purchased a 1978 American 16, I can't seem to find any info on this boat or another one like it. Has anyone seen anything. I've seen 15s and 18's but nether is a bowrider like mine. Is this just a rare boat, posibly canada only?
I'm looking for info on removing the steering wheel on my boat. It's rack steering on my o/b and a Morse steering system. I removed the center cover and the nut. It looks like there is a tab or key in a groove (hard to see) in the shaft. Tryed to pull it off but don't want to break the wheeel...
