    1989 4 CYl. trigger old style(prestolite) vs new style(CDI)

    I'm still having issues with a cylinder firing twice and I don't want to damage any more packs. (I read that a faulty pack can damage a trigger & a faulty trigger can damage a pack.) What would be a better route, buy a used one off Fleabay or a new style? Many thanks in advance
