    Evinrude 9.9, 4 stroke, vibration

    I have just bought a brand new Evinrude 9.9 4 stroke with 'High Thrust' and have been told that it is about 3 years old. The only number that I can find is 331154. I don't know if that is a serial number or a part number. It was not bought from a dealer, so would like to be sure of...
