I recently purchased a 1990 Shadow with a 1990 Evinrude 200 Xp on it. The tach does not move at all. The engine has had the VRO disabled for quite a while. The tach name starts with an "F". How do I check the system out? where is the rect located on this engine. The motor runs just fine. :confused:
