    Hi all, bought an old 18' aluminum with a 70hp evinrude. Can't open the boat up all the way as when it reaches a certain speed the boat excessively pulls to the right and the bow starts to dive resulting in everyone getting wet. Can anyone provide some clues here on what to adjust to fix it...

    Honestly I've looked all over this thing and can't find a model or serial number anywhere. The cover is blue on top with lighter blue striping in the middle and white at the bottom. Is there anything else that would tell what year it is??

    evinrude tilt/trim replacement

    We have a late 70's 70hp evinrude and are looking to replace the seized tilt/trim unit. Would a unit from an '86 120hp evinrude work?? I've heard that the trilt/trim units are the same from the late 70's to '92. thanks
