When spinning prop by hand it grinds in neutral.When you try and set the little shifter deal on front of lower unit to fnr.Prop free spins in all and will not lock in f or r.Think gears are gone on lower unit.Just changed impeller.Did whack a stump pretty good.Also aftet putting lower unit on...
