    Those pin connectors are keyed to keep wired from crossing during repairs, but in general, the wires just need to connect, so, yes, you can bullet them, but mechanics may hate you later ;)

    Dropped the new sending unit in, and I have a working fuel gauge! It's the little things in life that matter lol I also cleaned up the white interior with the pressure washer filled with bleach, water, and some degreaser stuff.

    I found a fair deal on an 89 Ocean Yachts 35 Conv. It passed the structural survey a few weeks ago, waiting for them to launch it for sea trial. It's way out on Long Island NY, so running back and forth sucks. I'm buying it regardless of what repairs are needed, but I want to run it anyway 1st.

    Thanks Kevin and Ted, i'm fine, went thru all the hoops though, at least what they could charge my insurance for :-). I'm planning on doing some of the repairs on the CC this weekend, I rented a slip for it down the shore, so I can put it back in soon.
