Its a 77 Johnson 85hp. The trim does have a slow leek on the hydraulic tube, but I dont believe thats my problemm with getting it down all the way. The motor raises fine, but when going down it stops about 1 1/2" from being all the way down. It seems like the starbard side ( hooked to the pump)...
