    Up for the chalenge

    force 125 1988 did not put a proper title because i had no idea how to word it... when i slow down after running at 3-4000 rpms my rpms stay at 1500 for awile. after putting into gear and then neutral it drops back down to 1000 rpms. is that normal? thanks
