Hello,
I just swapped an outboard on to my 1984 Winner. Everything mounted great, but there's about a 1/3" of play in the steering rod in the tilt tube. The steering cable nut ins all the way crewed into the tilt tube.
Can I add washers to remove the slop? or do I just have the wrong cable...
